If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Acceptance of your Order

Shortly after you have placed an order, an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from La Tête au Cube.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and La Tête au Cube will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

    * The product you ordered being out of stock - see Product Availability
    * Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
    * The identification of a pricing or product description error
    * Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order please contact La Tête au Cube Home Shopping Customer Services by:

    * calling 33 (0)1 43 14 73 99 between 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
    * returning your acknowledgement email to us stating your intention to cancel the order

It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. If your order has already been dispatched please return the order following the instructions contained within the parcel. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products. Further details are set out in our Returns Policy.

Where your order is returned to us within 7 working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by email of your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order  (excluding your original postage and packing charge) will be reimbursed in full.

Pricing Policy

All prices shown on the website are in euros and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

VAT free prices, are quoted for deliveries outside the EU, where applicable.
Product Availability / Information

We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces. Substitutions will only be made with your prior consent.

Please note La Tête au Cube cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and allow up to 14 working days for delivery within Mainland France and 28 working days for International delivery.

Returns Policy

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned in their original condition within 7 working days with proof of purchase. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender except in respect of purchases made by cash or gift voucher/gift card which will be refunded by way of a shopping credit.
Sale Goods:
Sale items or special purchases bought in La Tête au Cube Sale may be returned for exchange only if returned in their original condition with proof of purchase, during the same Sale period or within 7 working days of purchase.
